It is always a source of shame for me that, whereever you go in the world, all the graffiti you see marring spots of great beauty is ALWAYS in English!
You clearly haven't seen the taggers at work on the 405.
(Urban legend has it that there's a wall in NYC that gets tagged on a regular basis. A public spirited citizen has taken to using them - the taggers - for night time target practice to the extent that the city had to post a warning sign.)
