Molly's Bangkok Holiday. Or not!

Molly spent all last week working in Bangkok, Thailand, only they worked her so hard she wasn't able to get out and see anything.

So, because everyone deserves a proper Bangkok holiday album, I've rummaged around in my photos and put together a small collection of shots that she can keep as a memento of her trip to Thailand.

YOUR VISIT TO THE KING'S PALACE

Fabulous mosiacs.

General gorgeousness everyplace.
And check out that giant stupa.

YOUR SUNSET CRUISE DOWN THE CHAO PHRAYA

Bangkok from the River

YOUR VISITS TO A GREAT MANY WATS

The Most Beautiful,
only you've forgotten the name too.

A stupa.
You saw zillions of these!

Another wat
with a name you've forgotten.

Sublime doorways.

Monks everyplace you look!
These ones are shopping for religious amulets!
A roaring trade!

YOUR VISIT TO CHATACHAP MARKETS

Silks to die for!

Flipflops that are almost buyable!
If you wore them, that is!

Buddhas for sale.
Since you collect them this
is where you hung out for hours!

Gem seller with gems.

Thai dancing girls!

YOUR VISIT TO JIM THOMPSONS HOUSE AND GARDEN

Achingly beautiful gardens

The doorway to the main house.

Truly inspirational, the way
Thais do everything they do!

BUDDHAS FOR SALE EVERYPLACE

Note the cloaks!
They even honour the ones they're selling.

And, although it's not Bangkok, if you want to take a faux-sidetrip up to the ancient capital of Ayutthaya, I can knock together an album of that for you as well, which would even include shots of ...

The houseboat where you had dinner!

Molly, this is now yours. Hope you enjoy your "real" trip to Bangkok!
