Ernest's Taipei

Ernest sent me this and I have placed it here so I can refer to it easily while we're away:

National Palace Museum Website :
There's plenty of information about the museum and how to get there.

Yang Ming Shan National Park Website: (where you can see the Volcano)
You can also visit :

* The Democracy Memorial Hall (formerly Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall). Take the subway there is a station with the same name.

* Taipei 101 building (the tallest building in the world). Take the subway to Cityhall station and then you can either walk or get on a free shuttle bus to get there.

If you need more ideas, here is another website which maybe helpful :
Hope the above are useful!

Ah, thank you so much Ernest. You are truly a sweetie!

And Maureen says we totally have to go see:

The Gate of Great Centrality and Perfect Uprightness!

I want to see it just because of the name! Isn't it a BLAST!

And she says her favourite part is:

Ernest said that was well worth a visit too, so that's definitely on the agenda.

Ah, seriously, must, must, must go now!
