Ah, this is a place well worth knowing about! Baby Jane's hotel of choice whenever she goes to visit "the big smoke"! It's a fabulous backpackers opposite The Esplanade in Cairns, in North Queensland, Australia. Cheapest place in town, right in the centre of the action, and with the most charming young staff who FLIRT with you. Oh man, one of the saddest things about getting older is that young men stop the incessant flirting (and, gosh, remember how much we objected to it back then ... and now it doesn't happen and that's just SAD!) And it has nice rooms and nice young backpackers from all over the globe, so you have lots of wonderful conversations.
The name? Ooops!
