It's after 10.30 pm and they've been there all day.
These are the Health Officers assigned to check everyone going into "Swine Flu House" - the Metro-park Hotel - where they've quarantined those 300 folk who came into contact with the Mexican traveler who came down with swine flu in HK.
And these guys have to man the front door and check everyone going in and out, only no one is going in or out! All day they just sit!
And today is Day 6 of the quarantine!
